Steve Drew - Home Manager
Steve joined us in late 2020 as Home Manager. He has had a long career in health and social care including senior roles in local authorities, the NHS and the independent care sector.
For the last few years he has held interim management posts in nursing, residential and domiciliary care services but since moving to the south coast from London we are delighted to say he has taken on the role of Home Manager at Mountside on a permanent basis.
Steve is committed to providing the highest possible quality of care to the residents of Mountside and to working with families, friends and healthcare professionals to achieve this.
Sandra Lambert - Deputy Manager
Sandra has worked at Mountside since 1991 and during this time has trained as a Phlebotomist. Sandra has previously worked at the Conquest hospital and various doctor’s surgeries. All of her professional career has centred around the caring profession.
House Keeping & Laundry Services
Collectively this is our dedicated team of House Keepers and Laundry Assistants. All work very hard at maintaining and achieving our high standards throughout Mountside.
Janet Long - Office Administrator
Janet has been in post since 2015 and her background is in accounts. Her friendly face will often be the first point of contact as she is our 'meeter and greeter'. Janet is responsible for all invoices and will deal with most other queries.
